Whether your intention is to make your goods stand out, or simply to safeguard them from damage, we can offer you the necessary assistance.

When working with long prints, prior to tightening up your brakes on the lower material bar, ensure that your substance is concentrated within the laminate. Once this has been accomplished, tighten your brakes. Enough tension should exist on your material that it couldn’t be turned so easily with your hands.

Afterwards, feed a reasonable level of the medium over the bottom roller’s top section by holding its edges and doing what you can to keep tensions even on each side. See to it that your matter remains flat against the lower roller. Drop the highest roller next and begin preparations to examine your machinery.

Once you’ve gotten to this point, you must turn roughly 12 inches of the material through your apparatus in order to see if there are any wrinkles. Don’t ignore the laminator’s back area either, as you’ll want to prevent the print from wrapping around your roller. If there’s someone available to help, it would be beneficial to have them do so.

The tension that exists on your chosen substance is also vital. At this stage, your medium shouldn’t be loose; it should be taut on either side. If it is loose, secure your brakes a bit more and feed additional matter through.
